1. About Rishta Gher

Users remain responsible for deciding whom they communicate with, meet, or consider for marriage.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to use a matrimonial service and meet the minimum age requirements applicable to you.
Rishta Gher is intended for adults seeking marriage and is not intended for children.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide about your age and eligibility is accurate.
We may suspend or remove accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
3. Creating an Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity occurring through your account.
You must not knowingly provide false registration information, impersonate another person, create an account for fraudulent purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user’s account.

4. Profiles Managed for Another Person
Rishta Gher may allow a parent, guardian, relative, or other authorised person to create or manage a matrimonial profile for someone else.
If you create or manage a profile for another person, you confirm that you have appropriate permission or authority to provide their information and use their photographs.
You must not create a profile for another person without their knowledge or appropriate permission.
5. Profile Information
Users are responsible for information submitted to Rishta Gher.
Profile information should be truthful, appropriate, and relevant to matrimonial purposes.
You must not deliberately misrepresent important information such as your identity, age, marital status, location, education, occupation, or other material circumstances.
Rishta Gher may edit, restrict, suspend, or remove profiles that violate these Terms or create safety concerns.
6. Photographs
You may only upload photographs that you have the right or permission to use.
You must not upload photographs containing unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, deceptive, stolen, or otherwise inappropriate material.
Photographs may be subject to privacy controls. Some images may only be available to logged-in members, while users may choose to keep certain photographs private where the platform provides that option.
Users must respect other members’ privacy and should not copy, publish, distribute, or misuse another person’s photographs without permission.
7. Interests and Messaging
Rishta Gher may allow members to send or receive matrimonial interests and communicate through private messaging where the relevant platform requirements are satisfied.
Access to messaging or other communication features may depend on profile status, accepted interests, membership level, or other platform rules.
You must use messaging respectfully and for legitimate matrimonial communication.
Harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, hate, spam, scams, commercial solicitation, or repeated unwanted contact are prohibited.
8. Sharing Contact Details
Certain memberships or platform features may allow contact details to be shared.
You are responsible for deciding whether to disclose your telephone number, email address, social-media account, home address, or other personal information.
Once contact information has been voluntarily shared with another person, Rishta Gher cannot control how that person subsequently uses it.
Never send money or sensitive financial information to another member merely because they claim to be interested in marriage.

10. Safety and Offline Meetings
Rishta Gher provides an online platform and cannot supervise communications or meetings between users outside the service.
If you decide to meet another member, you are responsible for taking appropriate safety precautions.
Consider involving family or trusted people, meeting in a suitable public environment, independently confirming important information, and avoiding financial transactions with people you have met through the platform.
Users are responsible for their own decisions regarding relationships and marriage.
11. Prohibited Conduct
When using Rishta Gher, you must not:
- create fake or fraudulent profiles;
- impersonate another person;
- use the service for casual dating where inconsistent with the matrimonial purpose of the platform;
- harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or intimidate another user;
- send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
- request money fraudulently or participate in scams;
- distribute another member’s private information or photographs without permission;
- upload unlawful or inappropriate material;
- attempt to bypass privacy or membership restrictions;
- attempt to access private messages, accounts, photographs, administrative systems, or data without permission;
- use automated scraping, bots, or similar methods to collect user information without authorisation;
- interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- use Rishta Gher for unlawful purposes.
12. Reporting and Blocking
Users may be provided with tools to report or block other members.
Please use reporting features responsibly.
False, malicious, or deliberately misleading reports may themselves result in account restrictions.
Rishta Gher may investigate reports and take action that we reasonably consider appropriate.
13. Membership Plans
Rishta Gher may provide free and paid membership plans.
Features, limits, prices, and membership periods may vary according to the plan selected, the user’s country, promotional offers, or changes to the service.
The features displayed at the time of purchase will generally determine the applicable membership benefits.
Membership benefits are provided to the account that purchased the membership and may not be transferred unless we expressly allow it.
14. Payments

Where a third-party payment processor is used, its own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

15. Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated during purchase, membership fees are generally for access to digital platform features during the purchased membership period.
A successful match, response from another member, accepted interest, conversation, engagement, or marriage is not guaranteed, and the absence of such an outcome does not by itself create a right to a refund.
Where applicable law provides mandatory cancellation or refund rights, those rights will continue to apply.

16. Membership Expiry
Paid membership benefits may expire automatically at the end of the purchased membership period unless a renewal arrangement is expressly offered and accepted.
After expiry, the account may return to the features available under the free or applicable standard membership level.
We may change future membership prices or features, but changes will not retrospectively alter a completed purchase except where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or technical reasons.
17. Suspension and Termination
Rishta Gher may restrict, suspend, block, or terminate an account or profile where we reasonably believe that:
- these Terms have been violated;
- fraudulent or deceptive activity has occurred;
- another user may be at risk;
- the account is being misused;
- unlawful activity is suspected;
- platform security is threatened; or
- action is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
Serious violations may result in immediate action.
18. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account using any deletion feature provided by Rishta Gher or by contacting us.
Account deletion may remove access to profiles, messages, membership features, and other account information.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, payment records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes, as further explained in our Privacy Policy.
19. User Content
You retain responsibility for content you submit to Rishta Gher.
By submitting profile information, photographs, or other content required to operate your account, you give Rishta Gher permission to store, process, display, and technically reproduce that content as reasonably necessary to provide the service and according to your applicable privacy settings.
This permission does not give Rishta Gher ownership of your personal photographs.
When you delete content or your account, removal may not always be instantaneous from backups or records that must temporarily be retained for legitimate purposes.
20. Intellectual Property
The Rishta Gher name, branding, website design, software, graphics, text produced by Rishta Gher, and other platform materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, republish, or commercially exploit protected Rishta Gher materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
21. Third-Party Services
Rishta Gher may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, or other technical services.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, products, or services that we do not control.
Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
22. No Background-Check Guarantee
Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific feature, Rishta Gher does not guarantee that it has independently conducted comprehensive criminal, financial, employment, educational, immigration, family, or other background checks on every user.
Users and families should carry out their own appropriate enquiries before making significant personal or matrimonial decisions.
23. No Guarantee of User Information
